Sessions

"Every session at Manaloa begins with you. Where you are today, what you're carrying, and what you need most in that moment. My work has always been rooted in presence and whole-person care, and over time that has naturally expanded beyond the physical. Whether you come in for bodywork, emotional support, or both, you will be met with the same intention: to help you feel seen, regulated, and more at home in yourself. All you need is a willingness to show up."

Therapeutic + emotional support session

$200

90 min — 30 min talk + 60 min massageTherapeutic + emotional support session

Just as the body holds tension, it also holds emotion. This session opens with supported conversation in a calm, present-centered space to talk, reflect, or simply be heard, before moving into therapeutic bodywork. Rooted in nervous system awareness and whole-person care, this offering is designed for times of stress, transition, or feeling stuck. This is not therapy, but it is a space where you are met as a whole person.

2 hours — 60 min talk + 60 min massage

For those who need more space. A full hour of grounded, reflective conversation followed by a complete massage session. For those seeking continued support beyond the session, ongoing coaching is also available.

Lomi Lomi Massage Therapy

Lomi Lomi is an ancient healing art form rooted in indigenous Hawaiian healing practices, created to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. Addressing the many layers of the body through a rhythmic dance of forearm movements and elbow pressure. By moving slowly and deeply into the tissue, Lomi Lomi moves fluid, increases circulation and lymphatic drainage, and releases muscle tightness, and melts away stress and tension. It can be used to address specific injuries and areas of pain, or experienced as a full-body healing.

Massage is one of the oldest forms of healing for a reason. It restores, it regulates, and it reminds the body that it is safe.

Lengths available: 60 / 90 / 120 minutes

New clients should plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment time, or 5 minutes prior if you have already filled out the intake form online.

Arriving late could potentially deprive you of your treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, should you arrive late, your appointment will end as originally scheduled.

Anyone having a treatment between the age of 12-17 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the treatment room.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your Cancellation Policy

All services must first be guaranteed with a credit card or gift certificate number. I require a 24-hour cancellation notice for a single service and 48-hour notice for multiple services.  In the event that you are unable to give the necessary notice, you will be charged a 50% fee.  No shows will be charged 100% or loss of their gift certificate. Thank you for your consideration of these policies.

What should I wear?

Please wear or pack comfortable clothes for after the massage, as your skin and hair will have residual oil left over from the massage. I don't suggest having plans or appointments immediately following your massage for this very reason, many people prefer to go home and shower first.

Will I be naked?

It is important to note you will be covered in all your private parts at all times. Dressing down is based solely on your comfortability. Most services are best received in minimal clothing, however, all treatments can be done while semi-clothed if that is more comfortable for you.

Will I be sore after the massage?

Drinking lots of water will help with muscle soreness but it is perfectly normal to experience some soreness, although many people do not. The most important thing is that muscle relief was achieved and for some that may manifest as muscle soreness.

Where can I park?

My massage space is located inside Circle Healthcare Clinic and there is a free parking lot for you to use at: 2326 NW Lovejoy St.
